Tim Smallridge

Tim Smallridge is an experienced professional in operations and purchasing, currently serving as an Operations Manager and Operational Performance Leader at Royal Mail since May 2022. Previously, Tim completed a one-year industrial placement as a Buyer at Triumph Motorcycles, where responsibilities included managing purchasing functions for new model implementations. Tim also held the position of Senior Sales Assistant at Ryman from November 2008 to July 2013, focusing on delivering high-quality customer service. Additionally, Tim gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at John Ferneley High School in 2009, where skills in lesson planning and execution were developed. Tim Smallridge holds a degree in International Business and Globalisation from De Montfort University, completed in 2015.
