Ioana Colfescu is a Principal Research Fellow in Climate and Machine Learning at the University of St Andrews, leading a research group focused on computational science, machine learning, and climate dynamics to address climate change issues. In addition to this role, Ioana serves as a member of the Peer Review College for EPSRC and holds various positions at the National Centre for Atmospheric Science, including Site Lead for NCAS Scotland and Digital Atmosphere Programme Leader.
