Rich Sharp

Rich Sharp is a talented band trainer, conductor, arranger, and composer. They have been a WO2 Bandmaster with the Royal Marines Band Service since 1998 and continue to lead the band in Portsmouth. From 2014 to 2020, Rich also served as the guitarist and manager for Ska Dogs, where they were responsible for booking gigs and managing social media. Rich holds a BA (Hons) in Band Musicianship from the University of Salford and an LRSM in Wind Direction from the Royal Marines School of Music.
