Royal Marines
Tom McCullough is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain and procurement management, currently serving in the Royal Marines since June 2019. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions within the Royal Marines from August 2009 to March 2019, including Viking Crewman, where responsibilities included servicing and maintaining an all-terrain armoured personnel vehicle and overseeing fleet mechanical repairs. Additionally, Tom served in a twelve-man team focused on asset security and readiness for deployment against known threats. Tom holds a BA Hons in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Sunderland and completed training at the Commando Training Centre Royal Marines as well as online coursework with Codecademy.

Royal Marines
The Royal Marines are the UK's Commando Force and the Royal Navy's own amphibious troops. They are an elite fighting force, optimised for worldwide rapid response and are able to deal with a wide spectrum of threats and security challenges. Fully integrated with the Royal Navy's amphibious ships, they can be deployed globally without host nation support and projected from the sea to conduct operations on land. A key component of the Royal Navy's maritime security function, they provide a unique capability and are experts in ship-to-ship operations.
