Don Harper

Don Harper is an experienced mining professional with a robust career in the gold sector. Currently serving as the General Manager for Higginsville Gold Operations at Karora Resources since June 2020, Don oversees operations producing approximately 100,000 ounces of gold per year with a workforce of 150-160 employees. Prior to this role, Don held various positions, including Underground Manager at Matsa Resources Limited and Alternate Underground Manager at Westgold Resources. As the Founder and Director of Condamine Resources, a Perth-based private gold mining company, Don successfully developed a portfolio of advanced high-grade gold projects in New Zealand. Additionally, Don worked as a Consultant Mining Engineer for Tyranna Resource and served as Managing Director of KIN Mining NL, guiding the company from exploration to production.
