Sandra MacDonald

Sandra MacDonald is a seasoned payroll and compensation professional with extensive experience in payroll processing and administration. Currently serving as the Payroll & Compensation Coordinator at Royal Oaks since September 2019, Sandra manages accurate bi-weekly payroll and contributes to compensation program development. Previously, Sandra held roles including Payroll Specialist at Catholic Charities New Hampshire, where responsibilities encompassed processing payroll for over 1,000 employees, and Payroll Manager at Crotched Mountain Foundation, overseeing payroll for 900 employees.
