Cheryl Nichols MacLean

Cheryl Nichols MacLean is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in tourism and promotions, currently serving as the Manager of Tourism & Promotions at the Royal Ontario Museum since 2005. In this role, Cheryl oversees the development of promotional strategies that drive revenue and manage outreach initiatives. Previous positions at the ROM include Promotions & Tourism Marketing Specialist, Promotions Coordinator, and various roles in sales and marketing. Cheryl also leads the Tourism Marketing Project Team for Bloor St. Culture Corridor and is an Executive Board Member of the Toronto Attractions Council, contributing to collaborative marketing efforts for over 80 local organizations. Cheryl's educational background includes studies in marketing at OCAD University, OTEC, Seneca Polytechnic, and the University of Toronto.
