Kathryn de Carlo

Kathryn De Carlo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in philanthropy and fundraising within prominent organizations. Currently serving as Associate Vice President of Principal Gifts at the Royal Ontario Museum since March 2024, Kathryn has previously held roles including Director of Principal Gifts at ROM Governors and Associate Director of Philanthropy at the ROM Governors Office. With a strong background in major gift development, Kathryn has also contributed to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation as Director of Philanthropy, the Arthritis Society as Director of Major and Corporate Giving, and the Canadian Cancer Society as Development Officer for Major Gifts. Additionally, Kathryn has experience in corporate sales, having worked as a Senior Account Executive at IDC Canada and previously as Executive Assistant to the VP of Collections and Research at the Royal Ontario Museum. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Classical Art and Archaeology from the University of Ottawa.
