Mia Tomic

Development Officer, Stewardship at Royal Ontario Museum

Mia Tomic is an experienced Development Officer specializing in donor engagement and stewardship at the Royal Ontario Museum since May 2021. With a comprehensive background that includes roles such as Development Associate in both stewardship and engagement, Mia has honed expertise in managing donor reporting, recognition initiatives, and event coordination for the ROM Governors. Prior to this, Mia served as an Event Coordinator at Alcohol Countermeasure Systems Corp, successfully overseeing numerous national and international events while enhancing ROI and budget efficiency. Earlier career roles include Project Coordinator at the Royal Historical Society and NFP Tower, as well as Administrative and Instructional Support at MK Art Gallery. Mia holds a Master of Arts in Arts Leadership from Queen's University, a BA diploma evaluation from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor's degree in Art History from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade.
