Olivia Khong

Olivia Khong is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Lead Concierge at the Royal Ontario Museum since May 2010, Olivia coaches and trains the front of house team to enhance customer service, manages audience operations, and oversees cash handling while addressing visitor complaints and coordinating with other museum departments. Previously, Olivia held the position of Visitor/Member Representative, where responsibilities included sales transactions and the promotion of museum offerings. Prior experience as an Operations Coordinator at QMS Toronto involved improving operational processes and ensuring efficient delivery of services. Olivia holds a Double Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and Supply Chain and Operations Management from George Brown College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from McMaster University.
