Olivia Khong is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Lead Concierge at the Royal Ontario Museum since May 2010, Olivia coaches and trains the front of house team to enhance customer service, manages audience operations, and oversees cash handling while addressing visitor complaints and coordinating with other museum departments.
