Bin Guo has a diverse work experience that includes roles as a Research Assistant at IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, a Postgraduate Teaching Assistant at the same institution, an Academic Tutor at Illume Research, a Volunteer at Horniman Museum and Gardens, and a Lead Evaluator at Royal Opera House. Bin has also worked as an Administrative Assistant at UCL Institute of Education, a Project Manager and Chinese Teacher at China Media Centre, a Placement Student at National Maritime Museum, and a Research Internship at Qizhen Edu&Tech.

Bin Guo completed a Bachelor of Education in Pedagogy at Beijing Normal University from 2011 to 2015. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts in Early Years Education at IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society from 2015 to 2016. They then continued their education at IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, obtaining a Master of Arts in Museums and Galleries in Education from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Bin Guo is working towards completing a Doctor of Philosophy in Learning and Leadership at IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, with an expected end year of 2022.
