Marco Mignone is an experienced Information Technology professional with a strong background in infrastructure management and network engineering. Currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at the Royal Opera House since May 2014, Marco has implemented DevOps practices that streamlined workflows and integrated modern tools to enhance automation. Previously, as a Network and Security Engineer at the Royal Opera House, Marco led a significant tech-refresh project that involved upgrading the network backbone and transitioning to a virtualized environment. Earlier in their career, Marco was a Service and Network Engineer at Ericsson, where Marco established an infrastructure team and provided Tier 3/4 support while adhering to ITIL/ITSM principles. Marco holds a degree in Multimedia and Technologies from Centro ELIS and a high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico.
