Currently serving as the General Manager at Royal Orchid Hotels since August 2021, Pappu Bharti is responsible for overseeing operations, sales, and new business strategies, including leading renovation projects and implementing marketing initiatives. Prior roles include Operations Manager at The Clarks Hotels & Resorts and Front Office Manager at both Royal Orchid Hotels and Lords Hotels & Resorts, where Pappu Bharti honed skills in sales, guest service, and operational management. Pappu Bharti began the career as an F&B Captain at Babylon International, Raipur. Pappu Bharti holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from Bharat Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management.
