Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association
The Royal Palm Coast Realtor® Association was chartered in 1922 as the Fort Myers Board of Realty and today has more than 7,000 Realtor® members and affiliates. The Association acts as the primary resource and active advocate for its members by collectively promoting member business interests through education, communications, and proactive management of industry issues. Our members are professionals who are proficient in representing buyers and sellers in the real estate transaction. They provide value by understanding local housing market trends, negotiating on their client’s behalf and ensuring that all aspects of a contract are completed to enable a successful close. The charitable efforts of our Association members are well recognized throughout our community. Our event sponsorship and monetary donations benefit many local causes such as Habitat for Humanity, Harry Chapin, Community Cooperative Ministries Incorporated, Voice for Kids and the Children’s Advocacy Center. Our Housing Foundation provides Homebuyer Education and gap assistance to potential homebuyers to ensure that workers in our community can not only obtain homeownership, but are able to keep their home after purchase.
