Xiang Li

Xiang Li is an experienced urban planner currently contributing to large-scale project planning and design at Royal Palm Companies since February 2019. Previously, at CitySpade Inc. as a Development Associate, responsibilities included high-level market assessments and assisting with the entitlement process. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the School of Architecture at the University of Miami, Xiang designed educational materials and supported undergraduate students with various software applications. Earlier roles included internships at Permanetly Mega Planners and Dalian Urban & Design Institute, where involvement in project planning and research was crucial. Xiang holds a Master’s degree in Urban Design & Real Estate Development from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Engineering in Urban Planning from Sichuan University.
