Monica Johnson is an experienced hospitality professional with a career spanning multiple roles in hotel management. Currently serving as the Assistant Rooms Manager at Royal Palms Resort and Spa since August 2023, Monica previously worked at Hyatt Regency Mission Bay Spa and Marina as the Guest Experience/Rooms Ops Manager from August 2022 to August 2023. Additionally, Monica held the position of Opening Rooms Manager in a task force capacity at Hyatt Regency Baytown-Houston for a brief period in mid-2023.
