Lois Garcia

Lois Garcia has extensive experience in customer service and management across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Royal Papers - RoyaLab since August 2016, Lois manages over 25 accounts, assists the customer service team, collaborates with outside sales, and coordinates customer deliveries. As President and Co-Owner of Foods & Things since May 1998, Lois developed product recipes, oversees marketing, and maintains accounting functions while expanding market reach. Previous experience includes serving as Office Manager at Haag Food Service from June 2000 to January 2016, where Lois led team initiatives and managed accounts receivable, and as Credit Coordinator at Ralston Purina from February 1972 to September 1979, where Lois handled credit collections and managed a team.
