Lauren Roberts has a diverse work experience. Lauren currently holds the position of Director of Operations at Royal Park Hotel since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager at Kruse & Muer from August 2022 to May 2023. From January 2019 to August 2022, Lauren was the General Manager of Park 600 bar + kitchen at Royal Park Hotel. Before that, they served as the Assistant General Manager and Operations Manager at Mitchell's Fish Market from November 2011 to December 2018 and from May 2016 to December 2018, respectively. Lauren also worked as a Manager at Italia Gardens from July 2008 to November 2011. Lauren began their career as a Tanning Consultant at The Tan Co. from December 2007 to July 2008 and as a Server at Chili's Bar and Grill from June 2007 to December 2007.
Lauren Roberts began their education in 2007 at Oakland Community College, where they pursued a degree in Restaurant Management. Lauren successfully completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in 2011. Following their time at Oakland Community College, they enrolled at Madonna University in 2011 and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Hospitality Management.
