Stephanie Rodriguez

Stephanie Rodriguez has extensive experience in human resources and administration within the hospitality industry. Since August 2021, Stephanie has worked at Royal Poinciana Golf Club as a Human Resources Generalist and previously served as a Human Resources Assistant. Prior to this role, Stephanie spent nearly 18 years at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples, where responsibilities included managing banquet billing and payroll for a department exceeding 100 employees. Stephanie holds a degree from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
