Phil Johnson

Phil Johnson has extensive professional experience, beginning with a tenure at the United States Air Force from August 2001 to August 2007, where responsibilities included managing the storage, handling, and distribution of aviation fuels while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. Following this, Phil worked at Comcast from August 2007 to January 2016 as an Advanced Services Technician, specializing in the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of cable, internet, and phone services. Phil is currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Royal ReFresh since January 2025, where duties encompass resolving workplace issues and collaborating with management to track business objectives. Academically, Phil holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from Park University.
