Since June 2010, Ricardo has held key positions at Royal Resorts Caribbean, advancing from Media Manager to Marketing Corporate Manager and currently serving as Revenue and Ecommerce Director. Prior roles include E-Commerce Manager at Royal Resorts and Gerente de Servicios de Internet at Xcaret, where focus was on web marketing and search engine optimization. With a solid foundation in operations from a lengthy tenure at Grupo Piensa, S.A. de C.V., Ricardo is recognized as a pioneer in the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) industry. Educational credentials include an engineering degree in Electronics and Mechanics from Universidad Anáhuac.
