Paola Shouse

Paola Shouse has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Signature Club Operations Manager at Royal Resorts since February 2006. Throughout the tenure at Royal Resorts, Paola has held various positions including Marketing Coordinator, Sales and Marketing Assistant, Welcome Team Supervisor, and Welcome Officer. Prior experience includes serving as Event Manager at JW Marriott Cancun & Marriott Casamagna from January 2005 to October 2005 and as Event Management Assistant at JW Marriott Cancun in 2004. Additionally, Paola worked as a Conference Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in 2001. Paola is an alumna of Universidad La Salle Cancun.
