Liz Farr has extensive experience in the property management industry. Liz began their career at Equity Residential in 1995 as a Project Manager and worked on special projects until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, Liz worked as a Regional Property Manager at AMC LLC. Following this, they joined Simpson Property Group as a National Trainer from 2009 to 2011. Liz then worked at MAXX Properties, Inc as a Regional Property Manager from 2011 to 2015. Liz joined Equity Residential again in 2015 as a Regional Manager until 2016. Liz also worked at Pinnacle Property Management Services as a Regional Property Manager in 2016 before joining Eighteen Capital Group. At Eighteen Capital Group, they held the positions of Regional Vice President and Director of Revenue Management and Marketing starting in 2016.

Liz Farr earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Biology from the University of Colorado Boulder, completing their studies from 1986 to 1991.
