Michelle Everton

Michelle Everton, MPH, MBA, is an accomplished professional in the fields of public health and business administration, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Engagement at St.Amant since March 2015. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions within the organization, including Senior Manager and Manager of Corporate Education. Michelle is also engaged in doctoral research through Mitacs, focusing on enhancing organizational commitment in nonprofit health and social services organizations. In addition, Michelle contributes to academic settings as an MBA Program OMP Reviewer at Royal Roads University. Previous leadership experience includes serving as Co-Chair for Beyond Limits: Canada's Conference for Diversity & Accessibility and Project Manager and Director of Course Development at NextGenU. Michelle holds multiple degrees, including an MBA with a specialization in Change Management and a Master of Public Health, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Royal Roads University.
