Alex van der Bijl is an experienced professional with a background in account management and planning. Since July 2009, Alex has been serving as an Account Manager at Royal Sanders, where responsibilities include developing business relationships for contract manufacturing products in cosmetics, managing commercial relationships, and addressing new product requests from clients. Before this role, Alex worked as Head Planner at P&E People from August 2007 to July 2009, overseeing the daily planning of Polish temporary workers. Previous experience also includes serving as an Inhouse Consultant at Adecco from January 2005 to July 2007, where operational functioning for a project was managed, and as an Unemployment Benefits Assessor at UWV from December 2002 to December 2004. Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Economics and Law from Avans University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2002.

Royal Sanders is een snelgroeiende Europese producent en leverancier van persoonlijkeN verzorgingsproducten. Ons bedrijfsproces bestaat uit het ontwikkelen, produceren en distribueren van een breed assortiment producten zoals shampoos, crèmes, lotions en deodorants. Wij produceren voor private labels van bekende winkelketens in binnen- en buitenland en wij zijn actief op het terrein van contractmanufacturing voor aansprekende, internationale merken. Ook hebben wij een aantal eigen merken waaronder Van Gils, Odorex, Sanicur en Melkmeisje. Onze vestiging in Nederland zit in Vlijmen (bij Den Bosch), onze Belgische vestiging zit in Ieper en in de UK werken wij vanuit Bradford en vanuit Preston (bij Manchester). Royal Sanders heeft een sterke focus op continuous improvement. Op die manier realiseren wij duurzame groei en halen wij solide financiële resultaten.
