Ron Verhoeven

Ron Verhoeven's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Ron began their career as a Trainee at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, where they supported and executed activities for the Operational Excellence department and mapped business processes for ISO certification. Ron later worked as a Trainee at Marel Meat Processing, where they implemented improvements in the assembly department and developed a plan for efficient working. Ron also had a part-time job as a Service Employee at Total de Lokkant while studying. Ron then started their own student company, SkimProtect BV, where they were responsible for sales and marketing. Ron worked as a Project Manager at Royal SMIT Transformers, handling new build projects for large power transformers worldwide and serving as a single point of contact for customers. Ron became the Area Sales Manager, responsible for the Middle East and US market, and is currently the Director of Sales & Marketing, overseeing all sales and marketing activities for the factory in Nijmegen. In addition, they had a role as a Graduate in the LEAN Department at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, researching improvements in business processes. Overall, Ron's work experience spans different industries, demonstrating their ability to adapt and contribute effectively in various roles.

Ron Verhoeven studied at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen Technische Bedrijfskunde from 2009 to 2013, where they focused on a project management & LEAN internship. In 2013, they obtained a VCA-VOL diploma from Het Certificaat Wijchen. That same year, they also completed a course in project management for technicians at Onsite Engineers. Prior to this, they attended Atheneum Merletcollege Cuijk from 2002 to 2009 for their high school education. Ron'seducation started at Basisonderwijs De Bongerd Haps from 1995 to 2002 for primary education.
