Frank Jameson

Frank Jameson has had a long and varied career in the IT industry. Frank began their career in 1998 as a Desktop Support/Application Support/Backup Operator/Siebel Administrator at Verizon Enterprise Solutions Group. In 2005, they moved to Verizon as a Systems Specialist - Tech Support and then Systems Engineer IV - Tier 4 Support. In 2010, they joined NextGen Healthcare as an Interface Implementation Engineer, TIER 2 MU\\HQM Support, and Tier 2 Client Support Analyst. In 2022, they became Integration Lead at Royal Solutions Group, LLC. Throughout their career, Frank has had experience with interfaces, PM/EHR Applications, Meaningful Use\\HQM government programs, Windows applications, Lotus Notes, MS Office, and proprietary applications.

Frank Jameson obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University in 2005. Before that, they obtained a B.S. in Food Marketing from Saint Joseph's University between 1989 and 1991. Prior to that, they attended Temple University between 1987 and 1988, though no degree or field of study was obtained. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Learning the JavaScript Language from LinkedIn in November 2018.
