Jake Cimenski

Jake Cimenski has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Jake began their career in 2002 at PenRad Technologies, Inc. as a Sr. Systems Analyst. In this role, they worked with the management team on Business Plan, Sales Forecast, Budget, and implementing business tools. Jake also coordinated Agile Development Scrums, mentored technical support staff, set up and maintained SQL databases, and created custom application configurations for client needs. Jake then moved into the role of Operations Manager, where they assisted in the re-organization of Operations for the new Fair Labor Standards Act 2016 and streamlined support and implementation processes. Jake was then promoted to Applications Support Manager, where they were the Project Coordinator for all new site implementations and upgrades and lead customer support staff in achieving first in KLAS 6 times. Jake then moved into the role of Senior Applications Specialist, where they were the Project Manager for implementation of software at new sites and performed majority of site upgrades. Jake was also responsible for On Site Training for new implementations, installation and configuration of Penrad software products, and custom SQL report creation. Jake then moved into the role of Applications Specialist, where they were an instructor for Training Program, both in-house and on-site, and performed tasks required to prepare new customers for installation. Jake also provided technical support of the Penrad Software, maintained required level of knowledge of MQSA Standards, BIRADS Coding and HIPAA laws, and installed, configured, and tested hardware and software for customer installations. From 2002 to 2018, Jake held various roles at Nahan Printing, Anderson Trucking, and the US Air Force. In 2018, they began working at CRA/Volpara Health as a Senior Project Manager, where they lead installations of the CRA Software Platform and the CRA Epic Integrated solutions with clients. Jake also worked with client stakeholders to define and design optimal workflows to incorporate cancer risk assessment and supported clients after go live. Currently, Jake is the Integration Lead at Royal Solutions Group, LLC.

Jake Cimenski attended St. Cloud State University from 1995 to 1996, studying Computer Science.
