Currently serving as Partnerships Manager at Royal Star & Garter, Halani leads efforts in generating high-value income from various sources while fostering a "people first" approach. As the Founder of Thought Climber C.I.C., Halani designs bereavement journals to promote reflective practice, with the AFTER JOURNAL launched in 2017. Halani's commitment to charitable work is evident through roles on the Steering Committee for Support After Suicide Partnership and as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide. Previous positions include Fundraising and Communications Manager at Evolve Housing + Support and Development Manager at Artswork Limited, complemented by a strong educational background in business and literature from Simmons College and Boston University.
