Currently serving as the Director and Head of New Drinks at Royal Swinkels since April 2016, Flemming leads initiatives in no and low-alcohol beverages and functional drinks. Previously, as Senior Innovation Manager at Carlsberg Group, Flemming managed cross-market projects and consumer research. At DSM, Flemming was instrumental in developing business models and marketing plans, advancing to Head of Commercial Excellence to enhance sales performance. Innovation efforts also included roles at Coloplast and Danfoss, focusing on improving product usability and market fit, respectively. Flemming holds a Master's degree in International Business Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Aalborg University.
