Joost Jonkers is an experienced professional in maintenance and technical management, currently serving as the Head of Packaging & Technical at Royal Swinkels since November 2018, where responsibilities include directing packaging operations and leading maintenance initiatives. Previous roles include Maintenance Manager at Bavaria Lieshout, focusing on technical solutions and organizational improvements, as well as Senior Maintenance & Reliability Manager at Aspen Pharma and Manager Maintenance at FrieslandCampina. Joost has successfully implemented various improvement programs, optimized processes, and enhanced collaboration across departments. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven, Joost also possesses additional qualifications in contract management and maintenance management.
