Bethany Oosting

Bethany Oosting is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Royal Technologies Corp. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Bethany held various positions at GHSP from November 2020 to August 2023, including Executive HR Leader and Director of HR. From May 2007 to November 2020, Bethany worked at GE Aviation in multiple roles such as Sr HR Manager, Global HRBP, and Staff HR Leader. Earlier experience includes serving as Sr HR Generalist and Learning & Development Business Partner at Smiths Aerospace from 2000 to May 2007. Bethany holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.
