Matt Smith

Matt Smith has extensive experience in project engineering and program management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Project Engineer/Program Manager at Royal Technologies Corp. since February 2017, Matt successfully managed the launch of seat plastics for the 2020 Ford Escape, coordinating over 30 tools to meet production requirements. Previously, Matt held the title of Program Manager at Monroe, LLC from August 2008 to February 2017, acting as the primary contact for customer product requirements and addressing concerns. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer for Monroe, LLC and Lescoa, as well as Project Engineer at Caro Manufacturing. Matt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Plastics Engineering Technology and an Associate's Degree in Architectural Technology, both from Ferris State University.
