Lars Boe Larsen

Lars Boe Larsen has a diverse work experience. Lars Boe currently serves as the Head of Group Supply Chain at Royal Unibrew, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Brewing Director and later Plant Director at Albani Breweries. Larsen also worked as a Production Manager and Brewing Manager at Albani Breweries. Before joining Royal Unibrew, Larsen worked as a Product Manager at Tetra Pak Filtration Solutions, focusing on non-dairy applications. Lars Boe also had an extensive tenure at DuPont, where they held various managerial roles related to application support and team management in the brewing industry. Larsen has also been associated with Royal Unibrew A/S and Danish Brewers' Association in different positions. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Junior Engineer at Danbrew.

Lars Boe Larsen obtained a Diploma as a Master Brewer from the Scandinavian School of Brewing between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they completed their MSc. in Chemical Engineering specializing in Food Technology and Processing at the Technical University of Denmark, from 1990 to 1996.
