MacIej Hojden

Maciej Hojden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management. Currently serving as Business Development Manager at Royal Unibrew since August 2020, Maciej has led strategic projects and integrations while optimizing the end-to-end supply chain. Prior to this role, Maciej worked at Implement Consulting Group as an Engagement Manager, focusing on project management, sales operations planning, and business process optimization. As a co-founder of JPM Consulting I/S, Maciej contributed to the development of customized Excel configuration systems. Early career experiences include an Operations Analyst position at Ramirent Group and a logistics consultancy role at Region Sjælland. Maciej holds a Master’s degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark.
