Alicia M. Stillman

Alicia M. Stillman is an experienced community service manager currently overseeing Norfolk's Home Library Service for the Royal Voluntary Service, managing multiple libraries, volunteers, and service users. Alicia has held significant roles within safeguarding initiatives, serving as a Senior Safeguarding Officer and Team Leader for NHS & Care Volunteer Responders, and is currently co-chair of the Central Locality Safeguarding Adult Partnership. Additionally, Alicia contributes as a LEAG Consultant to violence and mental health networks at both King’s College London and City, University of London. With a strong foundation in programming and community engagement from previous roles as Duty Manager at the National Centre for Writing and Founder and Director of the Peekskill Film Festival, Alicia emphasizes inclusivity and the well-being of diverse communities. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Adelphi University.
