Chris Gray

Chris Gray is an experienced retail director currently serving as the Director of Retail and Head of Retail at Royal Voluntary Service since September 2018, managing a team of Area Managers overseeing 250 staff and 2500 volunteers in hospital cafes and shops across England and Wales, focused on maximizing store profits and enhancing volunteer and customer experiences. Prior to this, Chris held the position of International Business Manager at Dunkin' Brands, (UK) Ltd. from January 1997 to December 2017, where responsibilities included managing approximately 140 UK stores and developing business relationships in Russia and various European markets, while ensuring brand standards and franchisee profitability. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hotel & Catering Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
