Duncan MacLeod

Duncan MacLeod is an experienced leader in business development, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at the Royal Voluntary Service since February 2016, where responsibilities include leading a UK-wide team to enhance partnership working and the value of contracts and services. Notably, Duncan was the Programme Lead for the NHS Volunteer Responders, successfully recruiting over 600,000 volunteers within four weeks during the COVID pandemic. Previous roles include Senior Business Development Lead and Operations Manager at Royal Voluntary Service, as well as Chief Executive of Cowal Elderly Befrienders SCIO, managing charitable services for older individuals. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Hull (2001-2004).
