Elaine Penhaul

Elaine Penhaul has a vast experience in coaching and development, working with organizations like Lemon and Lime Interiors, Zest Business Coaching, Thames Valley Police, and the Royal Yachting Association. As a consultant, senior partner, and company director, Elaine focuses on professional development, executive coaching, leadership coaching, and emotional intelligence profiling. Elaine has a background in sports coaching, particularly in sailing, and has translated those skills into the business world. Elaine also served as the Chair of The Magenta Project from March 2019 to March 2021.
