Susie Moore

Susie Moore has extensive experience in the sports development sector, particularly in sailing and snowsport participation. Since June 2015, Susie has served as the Regional Manager for the South at the Royal Yachting Association (RYA), leading the strategic development to enhance sailing participation. Prior experience includes roles as the Senior Snowsport Development Officer at Snowsport England, where the focus was on developing a participation strategy and managing a growing team. Earlier positions include the Isle of Wight OnBoard Development Officer for the RYA, Chief Instructor at Havant Youth Sail Training Scheme, and various instructional roles at water sports centers. Susie's educational background includes a BA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Solent University.
