Lubna A.

Lubna A. has comprehensive work experience in human resources and administration. Lubna started their career as an HR Officer at HI-TEC LUBRICANTS in March 2006 and worked there until November 2009. During this time, they were responsible for hiring staff and managing sales leads.

In December 2009, Lubna joined Shirazi Travels as an HR Executive. Lubna'srole included determining staffing needs, managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, conducting staff training, and providing advice on HR policies and procedures. Lubna worked in this position until February 2011.

Since February 2011, Lubna has been working at Royal Cyber Inc. in various HR roles. Lubna started as a Senior HR Executive, where they oversaw payroll administration, personnel operations, and participated in the recruitment process. In April 2014, they were promoted to HR Manager, taking on additional responsibilities such as managing all HR functions, leading HR initiatives, providing advisory services to department managers, and managing a team of staff. In March 2016, they were promoted again to Senior Human Resources Manager, and in April 2018, they assumed the role of Resource Manager.

Throughout their career, Lubna has demonstrated expertise in HR and admin functions, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and leadership development.

Lubna A. completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) from Karachi University from 2005 to 2007. After that, they pursued their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Development (HRM) from Iqra University starting in 2011 and finishing in 2013.
