Aubrey Odom

Aubrey Odom serves as the Plant Manager and has held the roles of Process Engineer and Engineering Intern at Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC since April 2020. Key contributions include the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for kiln processes, development of a Kiln Loader Operator Training program, co-development of an Emergency Action and Fire Protection plan, and implementation of a facility-wide Safety Initiative, resulting in over 80 corrective actions.
