Mark Spier previously held the position of Vice President at Credit Suisse from June 1992 to July 2002, specializing in IT development for back office operations, and served as Vice President at IBM from July 1985 to September 1988. Mark Spier earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University.
