Jonathan Weisleder

Jonathan Weisleder has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jonathan began their career as an Assistant to the Vice-President of Product Development at GigaSpaces in 2005. Jonathan then worked as a Management Consultant at Advantis Consultoría Gerencial where they conducted various projects and developed strategic planning capacities. In 2010, Jonathan was a Summer Associate at Merrill Lynch in the Private Wealth Management division. Jonathan also worked as a Strategy Consultant at LatinLists in 2009.

In 2011, Jonathan joined Burger King Corporation as the Director Finance and Business Development LATAM where they were responsible for financial planning, record-keeping, and reporting. Jonathan played a key role in establishing the first Multi-Country Joint Venture in the company's history and worked closely with the regional President to implement strategic initiatives. Jonathan also served as the Director of Global M&A at Burger King Corporation during that time.

Jonathan's experience also includes a position at MIT Sloan School of Management as a G-Lab Intern in 2011. Jonathan later joined SGF Global as the Director - Global Operations (COO) where they managed the company's global operations and supported clients in over 35 countries. Jonathan was responsible for financial planning and reporting, strategic planning, and implemented initiatives that resulted in increased net income.

Most recently, Jonathan worked as the Project Lead Guest Operations at Carnival Cruise Line where they were involved in managing guest operations projects. In 2016, they joined Royce Corporation as the VP of Finance.

Jonathan Weisleder obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Moral y Luces Herzl Bialik. Following this, they pursued a Systems Engineering degree with a minor in Business Administration at Universidad Metropolitana (VE) from 2001 to 2006, where they graduated as the Valedictorian, ranking 1st out of 217 students. Later, Jonathan completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in finance at MIT Sloan School of Management from 2009 to 2011.
