Kaitlin Memmen, aPHR, has been working in the Human Resources field since 2021. Prior to that, they held a variety of roles in the Human Resources and Pool Management fields. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Business Partner for Royce Geo. In 2020, they were a Human Resources Generalist for Cydecor, Inc. From 2017-2020, they held various roles for the University of Scranton and NVPOOLS, INC., including SHRM Club President, Pool Supervisor, Human Resources Intern, NV Swim Kids Coordinator, Manager of Kingstowne South, Assistant Manager, and Lifeguard. In 2015, they were a Lifeguard for NVPOOLS, INC. and in 2014, they were a Receptionist for Back and Motion Physical Therapy.

Kaitlin Memmen obtained their Associate Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (aPHR\u00ae) certification from HRCI in September 2020. Kaitlin is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Georgetown University, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2023. Kaitlin previously obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Human Resources with a Minor in Business from the University of Scranton in 2020. Kaitlin also obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Westminster in 2019. Kaitlin Memmen attended South County High School from 2014 to 2016, and Coronado High School from 2012 to 2014.
