Jennifer Beard

Jennifer Beard is currently the Vice President of Dickies Brand Management at Royce Too LLC, a position held since 2025. With extensive experience in brand management, they previously served as the Director of Brand Management at Royce Too LLC from 2009 to 2025. Prior to that, they held roles as a U.S. Business Development Manager at Alba-Waldensian, Inc. / Tefron, and as a Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing at International Legwear Group from 2003 to 2009. Jennifer's career began in sales at Ridgeview, Inc. from 1993 to 1998. They are currently pursuing an MBA in Business, Marketing, and Finance from Gardner-Webb University and hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
