Roydan was founded on the premise of creating solutions that make the debt collection process more efficient. We have long been known for our proprietary, Bloodhound collection software solution, but are also consistently working to stay ahead of the curve as new technologies evolve. Our customer relationships are of paramount importance to us. We understand that the only way we can provide the most up-to-date debt collection solutions is to have through a thorough understanding of our customers’ wants and needs. We leverage this insight with technology to discover new ways to streamline debt collection functions and improve accountability. Understanding the needs of collection agencies (from helping managers improve the performance of their collectors to making an agency more attractive to prospects) adds up to building a stronger bottom line for our customers. With that in mind, our founders developed Roydan on the cornerstone principle that a company should always deliver what it promises. As we continue to grow and serve agencies throughout North America, the team at Roydan retains this same dedication to friendly, personal and reliable service to the debt collection community.
