Ian Livaich

Ian Livaich is a Real Estate Associate at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB). Prior to this role, Ian was a Real Estate Attorney at both Greenberg Traurig, LLP and Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP. Ian has also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Saul Ewing LLP, a Legal Extern at Wawa, Inc., a Judicial Intern at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and a Marketing Coordinator at Equinox Funds. Ian holds a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. Ian also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Communications with minors in Spanish and Economics from Rutgers University.
