John Royer

John Royer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC since June 2012, John has previously held significant positions such as Co-Managing Partner at SorinRoyerCooper LLC and Owner of Royer & Associates, LLC. Earlier career highlights include a partnership at Saul Ewing, LLP, where John co-chaired the Venture Capital Practice Group, and executive roles as VP and General Counsel at both 4anything.com and Xerox Connect. John began their career as an associate in the Corporate and Securities Department at Pepper Hamilton. An alumnus of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, John holds a JD and a BA in English and History from the University of Virginia.
