Kevin F. Berry

Kevin F. Berry serves as Senior Counsel at Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC (RCCB) since March 2022. Previously, Kevin held the position of Partner at Vaughan Baio & Partners from March 2014 to December 2017, specializing in trials related to corporate disputes, corporate governance actions, and financial fraud in the banking and insurance sectors. Kevin was also a Partner at White and Williams LLP and Duane Morris LLP, where extensive experience encompassed commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions, insurance, and banking entities, with a record of over 150 jury trials brought to verdict. Kevin earned a J.D. cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1976 and holds a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia College, Columbia University.
